Difference Between Heat Transfer And Water Transfer

Heat transfer printing is a skill that prints the speckle picture on the heat-resistant adhesive tape, and after heating and pressurizing, prints the speckle picture of the ink layer on the product data. Even for pictures with multiple colors, because the transfer operation is only a process, customers can shorten the printing operation and reduce the loss of data (products) caused by printing errors. Using heat transfer film printing, multi-color pictures can be drawn at one time, without chromaticity, and simple equipment can also print realistic pictures.

Heat transfer technology is widely used in electrical appliances, daily necessities, building materials and decoration. Because it has the functions of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, fire prevention, and it will not change color for 15 years when used outdoors, almost all goods are made with this method. For example, when you open the mobile phone shell, you can see rows of labels with bar codes inside. Many labels are required to be able to withstand constant detection, deformation and discoloration for a long time, wear due to touching the solvent, deformation and discoloration due to high temperature, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to select a special material printing medium and printing materials to ensure these characteristics, which is impossible for general inkjet and laser printing skills.

There are two kinds of water transfer skills, one is water mark transfer skills, and the other is water drape transfer skills. The former mainly completes the transfer of words and realistic pictures, while the latter tends to transfer the whole product appearance intact. Cubic transfer uses an aqueous film that is simply dissolved in water to carry pictures and texts. Because the water coating film has excellent tension, it simply surrounds the appearance of the product to form a graphic layer, and the appearance of the product is as different as painting. Drape transfer technology can drape color patterns on workpieces of any shape to deal with the printing of three-dimensional products for manufacturers. Surface coating can also add different lines on the surface of the product, such as leather, wood, emerald and dolomite, and can also avoid the void often seen in general board printing. And in the printing process, because the appearance of the product does not need to touch the printing film, it can prevent endangering the appearance and integrity of the product.
