The determination of printing process is closely related to the smooth production of hot stamping, as well as the output and quality of hot stamping products. Profit cost plays a decisive role. Therefore, the determination of printing process is a key part of hot stamping process design.
The determination of the process of the hot stamping machine mainly includes: determining the hot stamping method and process used in the hot stamping production process, the selection of dyes and chemicals, the arrangement of flower tubes, the customer service of the phenomenon of "color transmission", putting forward the requirements for the carving of flower tubes, and the consideration of the pre and post-treatment of hot stamping.
The first step is to determine the scope of the process. When determining the hot stamping process, the designer of the hot stamping process must first understand the fabric on which the pattern is required to be printed, and what the fibers that make up the fabric are, that is, the object of processing must be clear first. There are many kinds of fibers as textile raw materials. Different fibers have different properties and different requirements for hot stamping processing. The printing process, dyes and chemicals used and various treatments of printing processing are also different. For example, cotton fiber is a hydrophilic fiber. All dyes that can dissolve in water or form leucosomes and dissolve in water, or coatings that rely on adhesives to adhere to fabrics, can be selected in a way that has good color fastness. Polyester fiber is hydrophobic. At present, the selection of dyes is generally limited to hydrophobic disperse dyes or coatings for the production of hot stamping machines. In determining the process of the hot stamping machine, it seems that understanding the composition of the fiber raw materials of the hot stamping fabric and defining the processing object can determine the general scope of the hot stamping process. This step is relatively simple, but it is the most basic step.
