c. The size of the mold should match the size of the product, such as the outer diameter and height of the product. 3. Adjustment of molding
a. After installing the buttoning machine on the die, first try to empty the die, and then adjust the spacing between the upper and lower dies to the appropriate position according to the thickness of the cloth. At the same time, confirm that the upper and lower shafts of the buttoning machine are not obviously misaligned (ensure the coaxiality).
b. After the product is nailed on the cloth, the strength value of the button should meet the standard. If there is no testing instrument, in principle, the gap between the button and the cloth should be subject to the fact that the nail cannot be inserted and the button cannot be pulled off.
